Parlor Room tonight! Club Passim next weekend :)
Today at Overwhelmeds Anonymous: Hi I’m Antje, I’m a self-employed creative with an unyielding streak of introversion and an unmedicated dash of ADD and I sometimes bite off more than I can chew and then things spill off the table and fall through the cracks. Unfortunately, I don’t have a dog to keep up with this. Currently obsessing about: I misestimated my capabilities and I blew straight through my planned mid-March record release date.
Been working so hard to get this record done (so proud of these songs!) but I’m still in the process of setting up an effective release and so, for now, my upcoming “Album Release Party” at Club Passim March 17th will be downgraded to a “Regular Party” (infused with hints of St Patty’s) — but a damn good one. I’ll be accompanied by the talented Adam Hendey on guitar!! And there’ll be rewards: All attendees will receive access to the album single and two other album tracks (just please don’t leak them, this is a trust fall).
Speaking of my awesome fans and trust falls, I have been leading volunteer trips to Project Somos in Guatemala every winter for the past few years and we just returned from another amazing fan volunteer trip.

In yet other news, I won a film festival. What! The stop motion film I created for Rachael Sage’s single “Revelation Ground” won “Best Music Video” at the NYC Winter Film Awards. So freaking excited about this.
