New Song, plus shows in Massachusetts and Maine
Hi folks,
Well, if you've seen me play recently or are a Patreon member this song may actually not be new to you anymore but if you haven't, I hope you enjoy this video captured at the Egremont Barn in Western Mass. The song is called "Geography" and I wrote it while traveling in Columbia. Because I didn't have my guitar on me at the time, it evolved from a voice memo. I actually quite like it Acappella, and so I have been performing it as such, as I wrote it, with only my phone (and a bluetooth speaker). It was inspired by both, my South American travels and by a ritual I have with my friend Doug wherein we paint each others fingernails and then let the polish crumble off over time (which creates continent-like shapes).

I'm excited about more band shows. This Friday and Saturday I'll be at the Burren in Somerville, MA with Andy Santospago and Rachel Marie Schachter backing me on voice and electric guitar.
