New Album Countdown!!!
Labor Day is coming. Friends’ kids are starting school. Days are shortening, leaves are turning. It’s go time! I’m in the middle of two weeks of teaching songwriting in CT (New England Songwriters Retreat!). First session was truly amazing. I got to teach with Ellis Paul, Dan Bern, Mark Erelli and Laurie and Molly (from Red Molly!). And we start again on Friday.
In the meantime, I’m getting my own “kid” ready for school. My fifth studio album (kid of sorts), “New Wild West” releases on September 15th!!! It will be up on streaming services and available physically wherever albums are sold! My fall tour in support of “New Wild West” begins with TWO Album Release shows, one on SEPTEMBER 10th at Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, MA and one on SEPTEMBER 22nd at Club Passim in Cambridge, MA. I’ll be joined by a rotating cast of guests including Mark Erelli, Chris Obrien, Micah John and even a mystery guest or two. I can’t wait to welcome this new album into existence with the help of friends. So excited to share this work!
